Map to Moab

From Phoenix, we take I-17 North to Hwy 89.
Then we Follow Hwy 89 north to the junction of Hwy 160.
Take Hwy 160 approximately 80 miles to Kayenta, AZ.
At Kayenta, turn north on Hwy 163 and follow it through Monument Valley to Hwy 191.
Turn north and follow Hwy 191 to Moab.
Our average drive times have been around 9-10 hours if towing. 7-8'ish if not.

Everybody needs to go to Moab. The wheeling is completely different than what I am used to here in AZ. Slick-Rock is anything but slick. It grips like sandpaper and lets you climb and descend insanely steep obstacles with little effort. The scenery is beautiful. The weather has historically been wonderful for us. The crowds are amazing during the Easter Jeep Safari. It's a MUST GO.
